These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and 777ec ("777ec", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 777ec website at 777ec.app and all associated services, products, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, logging in to an existing 777ec account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement; (c) you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law; and (d) the information you have provided to 777ec is accurate, current, and complete.

These Terms are effective as of the date displayed above and apply to all existing and new users of 777ec. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to 777ec is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 777ec strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you confirm you are 18 or older. 777ec reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling and sports betting are lawful in your jurisdiction before using 777ec. Pakistani users in particular must assess applicable local laws independently. 777ec does not provide legal advice and makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active 777ec account. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be under active self-exclusion from gambling, whether imposed by 777ec or any other gaming operator.

To access betting, casino games, or any transactional features of 777ec, you must register a user account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number (Jazz, Zong, Telenor, or Ufone), and email address.
• Promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your 777ec account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Not share your account access with any third party. Each account is personal and non-transferable.
• Notify 777ec immediately via support channels if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Know Your Customer (KYC): 777ec is entitled to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

777ec reserves the right to decline any registration application or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited activity.

All financial transactions on 777ec are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Available methods are subject to change without notice.
• Minimum Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. 777ec reserves the right to modify minimum amounts at any time.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited within 1–10 minutes. Bank transfers may take 10–30 minutes. Withdrawal processing times vary by method: JazzCash/Easypaisa (30 minutes to 4 hours), bank transfers (1–3 business days), USDT TRC20 (1–2 blockchain confirmations). These are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• Withdrawal Requirements: Completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed. 777ec may request additional documentation for large withdrawals.
• Funds Ownership: You may only deposit funds that you legally own and that do not originate from criminal activity. 777ec cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in investigating suspicious transactions.
• Currency: All transactions on 777ec are in PKR. No foreign currency conversions are conducted by 777ec directly.
• No Third-Party Payments: Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. 777ec will not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

All bets placed and games played on 777ec are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, which are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. The following general rules apply across all 777ec products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 777ec will not reverse a confirmed bet except where a manifest technical error demonstrably affected the outcome.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live casino session or sports bet, 777ec's records shall be the definitive reference for determining the outcome of any disputed transaction.
• 777ec reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an incorrectly priced market, or placed using a bonus balance in violation of applicable bonus terms.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the point of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• Casino games utilise certified RNG (Random Number Generator) software audited by independent third parties. Live casino games are operated by licensed live dealer studios. 777ec does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino tables. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface at 777ec.

777ec may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional credits from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be played through before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are disclosed per promotion.
• 777ec reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, free bet, or associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was obtained through abuse, exploitation of an error, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Users may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• 777ec reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any ongoing promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777ec Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without authorisation.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, colluding with other users, or exploiting technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or conducting any transaction connected to criminal activity.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome offers, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner clearly contrary to their intent.
• Any action that interferes with or disrupts the proper functioning of the 777ec Platform, its servers, or its network infrastructure.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your 777ec account by any third party, including family members.

All content on the 777ec Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, game mechanics, and multimedia content, is the exclusive intellectual property of 777ec or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not: copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; or use 777ec trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• 777ec provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
• 777ec shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from technical failures, interruptions, delays, or errors in odds or game data.
• 777ec's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• 777ec is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of gambling activity. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that all losses sustained are your sole responsibility.

Your use of 777ec is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• 777ec collects registration data, transaction history, and usage data necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.
• Personal data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, and regulatory authorities as required.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your account. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to closure under the version of the Terms then in force.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777ec is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 777ec Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be subject to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

You agree that any claim or dispute must be brought in your individual capacity and not as part of any class action, consolidated proceeding, or representative action. 777ec does not consent to class arbitration or any proceeding brought in a representative capacity.

Nothing in this clause prevents 777ec from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights or to address any conduct that poses an immediate threat to Platform security or integrity.
